This is an an antique pencil drawing of an old
structure in Halifax. The artist is unknown to us. Provenance is the estate
of F. Luis Mora. The Condition is very good, stored flat, slight
discoloration of paper, no stains or foxing, a few 1/8" tears around margins
would be covered with a mat.
